Resonating to the forces of life, forces of goodness, forces of gratitude, forces of love, will amplify these resonances and strengthen your body dramatically. Resonating through ego to the forces of fear, rage, frustration and resistance to what is, will also amplify those disturbances in your body.
Through the laws of physics, science confirms energy and matter interplay in massive Electro Magnetic Force (EMF) electro-dynamic fields that are measurable in terms of wave forms, frequency, wavelengths and amplitude. The same electromagnetic fields and substances that move throughout the Cosmos, move through our own bodies." We are all connected/related to each other in frequencies.
From the micro pulsations of the individual human being to the micro pulsations of the entire planet, there is a common "wave" and frequency named after the scientist who proved it's existence-the "Schumann Effect". The phenomenon that "everything has an energetic signature and all energy is intelligent and has a vibrating motion and quality of frequency" correlates with the realization that: "every substance, body and being vibrates to its own frequency and that vibration will be amplified tremendously when stimulated by a similar or compatible resonant frequency.”

Psi researcher and physicist Lian Sidorov reported: “For a decade, Robert Beck researched the brain wave activity of healers from all cultures and religious backgrounds (he enumerates psychics, shamans, dowsers, Christian healers, seers, ESP readers, kahuna, Santeria and others). Independent of their belief systems, each exhibited ‘nearly identical EEG signatures' during their ‘healing' moments: a 7.8-8Hz brainwave activity, which lasted from one to several seconds and which was ‘phase and frequency-synchronized with the earth's geoelectric micropulsations – the Schumann resonance'.” subtle.energy/the-schumann-effect-how-the-earth-influences-your-brain/#
One visionary healer was Lakota Medicine Man and warrior Hehaka Sapa, or in English Black Elk (1863-1950). He said, “Peace comes within the souls of human beings when they realize their relationship, their oneness, with the universe and all its powers and when they realize that at the center of the Universe dwells, Wakan Tanka, (the Divine or God) and that this center is really everywhere, it is within each of us.” This quote is from the book, "Black Elk Speaks" by John G Neihardt 1932, one of many messages Black Elk, Oglala Sioux Wicasca Wakan (Holy Man) chose to transmit to the wider world after receiving dreams and visions throughout his life. In the Lakota language, “Hau, Mitakuye Oyasin” ends many prayers and declarations. It means, “Peace. We are all related.”
We are all “related” in resonances - both positive and negative.
It does not take a great amount of imagination or empathy to understand how traumas experienced by one member of your family, your tribe, your community, or your nation could 'resonate' into your own body and affect the surrounding environment. While the degree to which an individual is 'touched' by "sympathetic resonances of trauma" is not yet able to be measured completely or 'scientifically'; the difference in health indicator rates which account for changes in the number of deaths by suicide, stillbirths, change in the number of women who miscarry, wasting 'disorders', emotional/mental conditions, addictions, immune diseases, stress reactions and so forth, from before an event and after, can and are being documented and analyzed. (cases documented include Chernobyl, Iraq war, Haiti-see links below).
There is a new offshoot of genetics called “epigenetic” which is the study of how your behaviors and environment can cause changes that affect the way your genes work. Unlike genetic changes, epigenetic changes are reversible and do not change your DNA sequence, but they can change how your body reads a DNA sequence.
Epigenetic changes can influence the growth of neurons in the developing brain as well as modify the activity of neurons in the adult brain. Together, these epigenetic changes in neuron structure and function can have a marked influence on an organism's behavior.
A living organism’s “behavior” affects every other living organism and the environment. Fear, anxiety, aggression contribute to a chaotic resonance. Calm, focus and harmony support a peaceful resonance. Traditional medicine from Indigenous cultures has always recognized the connection between mind, body and spirit in healing. Recently, new branches of medicine and science are emerging . Psychoneuroimmunology and biophysics.
“The history of mind-body medicine in the modern era has been one of continuous struggle against both the derisive attitudes of a scientific mainstream firmly embedded into a reductionist, materialistic mind frame and the conceptual difficulties of studying something as elusive as the contents of consciousness. While gradual correlations with general factors such as stress have lead to the acceptance of psychoneuroimmunology as a legitimate field of study, there is very little material in the medical literature about other, more specific effects that mental intent might have on the body.
As an example: focus on genetic functions - showing how practically every major genetic program (from DNA replication and cell division rates to gene-specific transcription, translation and mutagenesis, to cell differentiation and apoptosis) can be modulated by intent under experimental conditions”.
Considering the fact that most of our world’s population is now subjected to mandated mRNA injections, with a high incidence of serious adverse side effects and death; alternative therapeutic strategies and research including into mind/body nexus, would be beneficial to all of us.
A weakened population in one area affects us all. A strengthened population does also.
The wisdom of the Lakota phrase: "Hau, Mitakuye Oyasin" (Peace, we are all related) reminds us of the truth of sympathetic resonance both in negative and positive uses and reverberations. The environment we live in is full of the resonances of the living creatures and energies which occupy the space we inhabit.
It is up to us to decide which resonances we choose to emphasize.
