Protection Strategies-Boosting Immunity-Staying Strong
Strong immune systems are the best shield human bodies have against any illness or microbial invader including the newest bio weapon virus-COVID 19 and its “variants”. You have to seek out alternative medicine sites to find the best natural means for anyone to boost their immune system. There are plenty of foods you can grow or buy which boost the immune system at any and every age. I will include them in my post this week as well as some cost effective supplements and proven remedies over hundreds of years, from a number of different medical systems and countries.
Large pharmaceutical companies, which work to maximize profits, do not have "optimal, continual health" as their priority, (since that would mean diminished -or no profits). I urge you not to consider them as your only source of information on health. These large pharmaceutical corporations contribute to most medical schools, are intertwined with large government and international "health organizations" including the World Health Organization (WHO) the US Center of Disease Control (CDC) and foundations such as the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. Be advised and be discerning when consulting their websites, the "announcements" they present, and the data they distribute to media sources via their spokespeople and representative (paid/sponsored) doctors.
These effective supplements: N-A-C, Ke Chuan Pian, Zinc/elderberry combination, Vitamin D and Quercetin, are cost effective without any harmful side effects if the correct dosage per your body weight is followed. Why aren't major media channels feeding the world population with information everyone would benefit from both in the short and long term? Why are sites advertising natural supplements and strategies for immunity boosting being de-platformed or buried in search engines? Why are they ignored by most western educated medical doctors and centers for disease control (CDC), and certainly by the anemic World Health Organization (WHO)? They are aware there are proven, simple, cost effective ways almost everyone in the world could implement. Read the text, articles linked below and see the photos of a variety of foods, spices and beverages we can use everyday to strengthen our immune system.
Numerous articles from medical journals, popular lay person "medical advice" sites, and independent blog posts are available online. I am linking a few easy to follow articles for you to read and decide for yourself which foods are possible in your area of the world and within your budget, and which you could start planting for a continual personal supply.
Most people will know the "strategies" to boost and maintain a healthy body and immune system. There is a consensus that specific lifestyle habits will provide a healthier life. Some may call this "common sense" but "common" depends on what culture and country you grew up and live in.
They include:
1) Getting enough sleep
2) Getting enough exercise
3) Eating non-processed, healthy foods regularly
4) Drinking clean water
5) Best practices for hygiene and sanitation for you and your family, and in the workplace
6) Getting outside in the sun and fresh air for at least an hour a day.
7) Not smoking or vaping (anything) and staying away from areas with smoke and toxic air
8) Not drinking alcohol or taking any drugs except prescription drugs which are absolutely necessary.
Here are a few more articles expanding on this advice:
While many of us are required to "self isolate" - especially after air travel (as I am by work after flying internationally ) and many gyms and recreation/sports venues are restricted or have “vaxx passport only” access; here are ways you can exercise in a small space and as long as you have access to the internet you can stream or download them-most for free:

Exercise will help you maintain and strengthen your physical and emotional health. Qigong, I know from personal experience-is a powerful inner and outer strength builder, and immune strengthening practice. It originated in China, in Henan province thousands of years ago. There are many articles, videos and podcasts. I include two I recommend below:

It is vital, especially with limited direct human contact, to "feed" your emotional, mental health with positive and pro active images, information, music and contact. The emergence of free podcasts gives us a range of subjects, inspirational discussions and motivational talks to listen/watch. I recommend the following and they are all free:

Mike Drop podcast* - raw, uncensored, not for children/young teens FYI
mikeritland.com/mike-drop-podcastPatriot Nurse has short videos/information which are practical and clear:

Since "fear, anxiety, panic and extreme stress" all lower our immune systems, our capabilities and response time; we need to be mindful of the triggers in ourselves, our environment as well as in the media which may elevate cortisol and pressure our adrenal glands, kidneys and adversely affect our decision making. FYI in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) specific organs are associated/connected with specific emotions - "Fear" is connected to the kidneys, "anger" to the liver-for example.
One antidote to fear, especially of the unknown or uncertain, is credible information and active planning.
Another is love, trusted human contact and a place which is "secure". Now is the time to cultivate these "antidotes" before possible lock downs, restricted movement, checkpoints and even martial law become part of the "new normal" daily life. Don't think it could never happen where you are, plan for contingencies and use your time to search previous examples of how ordinary people (not military, law enforcement, very wealthy citizens) coped during these times. As Catherine Austin Fitts speaks about in her insightful discussions: “Your family are the people who will never turn you in…”. I encourage you to watch/listen to the entire discussion linked above.
Many have crossed the threshold these past weeks and for many families the death of loved ones has left them in deep, sudden grief. A number of countries still will not allow the ritual of grieving in a group at a funeral. Without a ceremony of acknowledgement, prayer and recognition of the value of a specific human being and their life, the agony of loss can be more intense over time.
May those of us still on Earth, offer more prayers for those suffering in body, spirit and mind. One way to envision those we knew who are now no longer living, is to remember them at their height and to know they are "free" from any suffering and pain. We can honor them by keeping out own bodies, minds and spirits in the best possible condition we can.
Our responsibility is to be diligent in the ways we know now to keep our own bodies strong, our own families and loved ones, our colleagues and fellow citizens healthy, free and productive…as long as we can.
